We went to a clinic in Baku yesterday for a pre-natal checkup, and we were told that the little one Jen is carrying is, without question, a son.
Depending on which calculation method you use, the due date is somewhere between Abigail's birthday (Jan 31) and that great American holiday, Groundhog Day (Feb 2).
Let the name suggestions begin.

Well, if he is born on Groundhogs day, then he probably should be "Chuck" (as in woodchuck) :)
Or if you want the obvious family name to go with your Ella Caroline, then it'd be William Henry. But if he comes on Abigails b'day, by all means, she should get naming rights. Right? Congrats!
YAY, a boy let's just hope he isn't as rough and crazy as Aaron was when he was young LOL. We still have another month until we find out, but will let you know we could have double trouble with two boys OH NO!! LOL miss you guys can't wait until you come home. Michelle!!! that's a really good idea!...AJ! And you could pull the whole 'giving him his father's name' but just calling him AJ instead of Aaron! Maybe give him a Taj middle name that starts with J...i don't know.....

Finally it's not just our boys with the pressure of carrying on the family name! :)
As for names, my favorite is still Horshid; I think you should seriously consider that! :)
If that doesn't work, here are a few Hungarian options:
- György (Grandma and Grandpa would LOVE to learn how to pronounce that! :)
- Töhötöm (see above)
- Csaba (nickname "Csabi", pronounced "chubby" :)
Can't wait to get my Tajik chocolate bar (or plate of osh?) - whatever the prize is for naming the baby! :)

Congratulations Jen and Aaron! (I am finally in connection with the real world 'internet'). My suggesion for little Edwards is Hagan. That was the name we had picked for Mallorie had she been a boy. Something about it seems very strong. Love seeing you on the blog now. Can't wait to see ya! Tiff
