Those rainbow colors in the water are compliments of oil industry - the same thing that pollutes the water is also probably responsible for keeping the country from poverty. In some residential areas, oil derricks were mixed in with housing. The photo below is the "James Bond Oil Field" named so because it starred in a scene of "The World is Not Enough"...
