You can see in typical Tajik fashion, the table was pretty full with food, fruit, and chocolate. If you look closely you will find a piece of German Chocolate cake. Married to an Edwards, I know that a birthday is not a birthday without that!
The table got more crowded and then the osh finally arrived...
As soon as the guests stood to leave and were out the door, the kids hit the table like a bunch of locusts. They were very well behaved and knew not to go near the guests while they were here, but when they all left...watch out! Not much was left behind after that! :)
Here is Aaron this morning enjoying the left over German Chocolate for breakfast...always a favorite for breakfast the next morning!!! :)
Is there a resemblance between this photo and the one immediately below???

i know its not the 8th for you anymore, but i've been at work all day and haven't been online, but every time i wrote the date today (which was like 100 times!) i thought of you! :)

As far as resemblance -- he had more hair when he was born! All I can say, if you eat like this every day, watch out, the lbs are coming back -- ha. But it looks like you had a great celebration.
