I remember one freezing morning back at the end of December, with ice coating the inside of our windows, Jen looked out to the garden and commented that buds would only be about 9 weeks away.
After winter's final assault over the past couple of weeks, spring seems to be taking over. On the eve of Women's Day (March 8) Jen looked into our almond tree and found 2 buds...
