payneful visit to chi-town

We spent Friday evening and most of Saturday with our good old friends, the Paynes. Things can get out of hands when our kids get together, but Saturday morning just started out with story time...
Since we were planning to go to the zoo, the kids did their monkey impressions while watching the world go by...
Then we made our way to the Lincoln Park Zoo, which is free, and generally pretty awesome, except for the fact that they make you drive around for hours looking for parking.
