We were invited to my language helper's house last Sunday. Ella had a good time with their kids and pet bird. Here we are with the family (except the younger son who was out playing). I needed a language helper, and I met this guy at the bazaar shortly after we arrived. It has worked out great. Ella tried to use their phone to call her gmas. In other news, we now have DSL internet! The incongruity of having a good internet connection in a house with no running water and frequent power cuts is not lost on me. Anyway, this means that we will be able to upload more videos. Here is one from over a month ago, taken the day after Ella turned 1.
Yes, that was "cheese"! Whenever the camera comes out, she just wants to say "cheese" and stops doing whatever cute thing she was doing!! She's a funny girl!!
