the reason why Ella's first words will be in Korean
Ella has made some great Korean friends here in Tajikistan (They were working in Afghanistan, but were evacuated here after the recent hostage situation). They are working to make sure she speaks some Korean soon. Often, when we arrive at the office for a meeting or Tajik language class, one of them will whisk her away.

it looks like that poor ella is just starving for attention, no one ever pays attention to her!:) you might consider some therapy in the future.

Too cute. My kids speak several words in Spanish thanks to my best friend, who is from Guatemala by way of Brooklyn. :) Oh, and let's not forget Dora and Diego.
